Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Products with embroidery or any form of customization are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
• Products purchased during sale or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
